Sadie Ashenbrener, LCSW

Sadie uses narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help families and individuals address social, emotional, and behavioral issues. Sadie works with her clients using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. Sadie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and her master’s degree in social work from Portland State University.


Charlotte Knuth, LMSW

Charlotte works with adolescents and adults who may be coping with a variety of challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, sexual orientation, gender identity, emptiness, substance use, and relationship issues. She is a solution focused clinician who is inherently strength based. Charlotte is intuitive, authentic, and collaborative in her approach. She looks forward to working with you.
